Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date the order was placed (NOTE BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY AND EXCLUDE HOLIDAYS). You will not receive a tracking number until it is ready to ship. After that we notify USPS we are ready for pickup, and send it by USPS priority mail which typically takes 1 to 3 days from the post office, (unless being shipped outside of the united states). NOTE we only ship via USPS to USA customers.

WE ONLY OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON NEW ORDERS WITHIN THE USA! IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TO AND FROM. ALSO IF YOU ENTER YOUR ADDRESS WRONG AND ITEM IS RETURNED TO US, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO SIGNATURE REQUEST FOR DELIVERY.

TRACKING - You will only receive a tracking number to the email you provided on your order.
